G20 Summit 2017

7 July 2017 - 8 July 2017
Hamburg, Germany

The G20 summit under the German Presidency will be held on 7 and 8 July 2017 in Hamburg. The 20 heads of state and government and top-level representatives of international organisations will meet at Hamburg Messe, the city’s exhibition and trade fair centre.

As the most important forum for economic and financial cooperation, the G20 has a responsibility to tackle pressing risks of our time that pose major challenges for societies around the world and have far-reaching effects on economic development. These include geopolitical conflicts, terrorism, migration and refugee flows, poverty, hunger, epidemics - and worsening climate change.
