Woodrow Wilson Center, Washington DC, US

High-level U.S. launch of the report with Richard Engel (Director Environment and Natural Resources Program, NIC), Alice Hill (Senior Director, National Security Council, White House) and Christian Holmes (Deputy Assistant Administrator, USAID).
